With the controversy. . .
. . . over Govinda's distribution of money during Holi being deemed unethical by the Election Committee,
his name being obviously ommitted from the Congressional ticket list,
and another film sitting in limbo. . .
we have to wonder how bad was Govinda's previous incarnation as this one is purportedly an improvement?
