Enemies MLA Satyanarayan and Dayal each have a child.  Satyanarayan's son Jay falls in love with Dayal's daughter Kim.  Dayal is murdered and Jay framed for the crime.  Kim commits suicide and again Jay is accused, but he escapes from jail.  Meeting up with Chandni, Jay begins to reclaim his life only to discover Chandni's father Laat is a terrorist.
